Belmont College's Truck Driving Academy is a community college CDL training program located in St. Clairsville, Ohio — the seat of Belmont County, roughly 10 miles west of Wheeling, West Virginia. Despite being categorized under Cleveland in the database, the school is in the eastern Ohio/Wheeling metro area, serving Belmont, Harrison, Monroe, and surrounding counties. The program prepares students for Class A, B, and C CDL licensure in as little as five weeks. The all-in program cost is $6,687, which covers instruction, the DOT physical, drug screen, learner’s permit, driver’s test, and final license — a transparent pricing model with no hidden fees.
