About Fortified Academy
Fortified Academy, established in 2019, is a family-owned workforce development and training organization dedicated to preparing individuals, including students, veterans, and those impacted by the justice system, for careers in the commercial trucking industry. They are the first minority-owned Commercial Truck Driver registered apprenticeship program in Colorado. Their CDL Driver Apprentice Training Program delivers a comprehensive, FMCSA-aligned curriculum that combines classroom instruction, hands-on training, and a registered apprenticeship model. The academy also focuses on essential life skills, providing graduates with the tools and support needed for stable and successful futures. Fortified Academy aims to empower individuals with the skills and confidence necessary for successful trucking careers. They offer pre-apprenticeship programs, CDL school, and registered apprenticeships.
