GCTA offers career guidance and job placement services to help individuals succeed. They provide comprehensive support tailored to individuals from all walks of life, including those facing barriers to employment such as disabilities, lack of a diploma, or a history of incarceration. GCTA equips people with the tools to succeed in today's workforce through a wide range of free programs. GCTA offers training in various in-demand industries, including healthcare, skilled trades, and adult education. Healthcare training includes nursing and specialized medical disciplines. Skilled trades training includes construction, welding, and electrical fields. Adult education includes ESL and adult literacy classes. Graduates have expressed that GCTA provides motivation and positivity, teaching students how to succeed and opening doors to better jobs and pay.
