About Tri-C Transportation Innovation Center
The Tri-C Transportation Innovation Center, a part of Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C), is located in Euclid, Ohio, and offers workforce training programs designed to fill high-demand jobs in the transportation, supply chain, and logistics industries. The center has been training students for over a decade and has graduated nearly 1,000 students from its CDL programs. The facility features industry-standard equipment, transportation vehicles, and a driving simulator to provide hands-on training in an industrial environment. The center provides Class A and Class B CDL training, as well as programs for forklift operation, hazardous material certification, and warehouse and distribution fundamentals. It also houses a state CDL testing office, one of only 16 in Ohio. In addition to CDL training, the center offers Class D car testing. The Transportation Innovation Center also has interactive classrooms and a simulator with a 180-degree windshield view. Tri-C partners with employers to provide tailored solutions for upskilling and reskilling their workforce. The center aims to keep pace with the evolving logistics industry and prepare individuals for the jobs of today and tomorrow. The overall package of programs and services available at the TIC is unique in the industry.
